Our library has always attached great importance to the translation of famous academic works from all over the world.Since the 1950s, he has been more committed to translating and publishing classical academic works before the birth of Marxism, and at the same time appropriately introducing contemporary representative works of various schools with definite reviews.Fortunately, thanks to the great assistance of the translation community, no less than 300 titles have been printed and published in the past 30 years. We firmly believe that only by enriching our minds with all the wealth of knowledge created by human beings can we build a modern socialist society. The ideological wealth and academic value contained in these books are well known to scholars, so there is no need to repeat them. These translations used to be published in separate volumes; it was difficult to see the system, and they were compiled into a series of books to complement each other. For this reason, we began to publish in separate series in 1981.Limited to the current printing capacity, fifty titles are published each year.In the future, on the basis of accumulating single works, it will be reprinted successively.Due to the use of the original paper type, the translation has not been re-edited, and the style is not completely unified. All the prefaces and postscripts available in the original translation are still the same, and some prefaces and postscripts have been revised or deleted. The reading circle fully understands the need to study these works with a correct analytical attitude, to absorb the essence that is useful to me, and to eliminate the dross that is out of date.I hope that the reading circles and translation circles at home and abroad will give us criticisms and suggestions to help us make this series of books a success.
